With Venerable Thubten Dondrub

A monk for over 30 years, Venerable Dondrub is one of FPMT’s senior western teachers. He has led many of the famous one month Lam-rim courses at Kopan in Nepal. His guided meditations on the Lam-Rim (the graduated path to enlightenment) are powerful catalysts to bring about deep, effective change in our hearts and lives.

Set within 1300 hectares of wilderness, it offers abundant silence, pure water and air, with long views out to sea. October is a time of wildflowers and mild weather. Accommodation ranges from under canvas to four star.

NB – This 10 day retreat fulfils the retreat requirement of Module 14 of the ‘Discovering Buddhism’ course.
