Stupa Ingredients

See below for a list of ALL the ingredients that are needed to fill the Stupa. This list is based on a centuries old Tibetan tradition, but has been adapted to modern times.

Making an offering to a Stupa, no matter how small, generates a connection to the Buddha Dharma and creates immense merit, which can be dedicated to anyone that you know who is sick or dying and for the benefit of all sentient beings and world peace.


altUpper section of the Stupa

The upper sections of the Stupa are currently under construction and will be filled with Holy Relics and Holy objects such as mantras, Tsa Tsas, statues and texts. This is considered the most powerful and valuable part of the Stupa, as it contains rare and precious items that represent the Buddha’s mind.
